Wellness Workshops & Screenings

Because we are serious about promoting wellness and preventing disease, we conduct FREE Wellness Workshops and Screenings.  You can choose the topic for the Workshop (health talk), or we can suggest one based on your group's demographics and time allotment.  We provide these free workshops (and series of workshops) to support groups, churches, schools, fire and police departments, retail stores, civic groups and any place where people want to learn about reaching their full health potential.

The free 2-minute wellness screenings can reveal important health information and unlock the door to improved health and well-being. We provide these screenings at area malls, community events, health fairs and places of employment. Also, these events can be organized as a FUNDRAISING Opportunity.
